New for 2025: First Pair to Return/Exchange is Free (customer pays shipping)
Toetem Sandals are HandMade-to-Order and customizable in thousands of variations. They are also made to last - dependability and durability are at the core of the design and materials. Footwear sizing can be a fickle thing, so we offer PRINT-OFF TEMPLATES to find the correct size before purchasing.
To Cancel an Order: You must do so within 24hrs after placing the order - if cancellation is requested after 24hrs a 10% Restocking Fee of the Purchase Price will be Charged. Limited Edition Pre-Orders are locked in after 24 hours as they are specialty inventory without an option for refund/exchange.
Orders paid in BTC that require a refund of any kind will be handled on an individual basis.
Your first pair to Return/Exchange is free, subsequent or multiple pairs will adopt the following policies due to the customized, made-to-order nature of our products.

Returns or Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date if your sandals meet all of the following criteria*: (1) brand new and unworn (2) returned in original shipping/packaging or equivalent with a note including order number (3) customer covers return shipping costs (4) Send us an email at info@toetemsandals.com with Subject "Return Order#_____" to notify us of your return, along with your Name & Reason for Return, and we will provide you with a shipping address. If this is your second pair to return/exchange in a 1-year period, a 10% restocking fee of the full retail price will be charged. If a third return/exchange within a 1-year period is requested, a 20% restocking fee of the full retail price will be charged for it and any future returns/exchanges. If any order (even your first) is attempted to be delivered and fails, and you fail to retrieve your order from the shipper, a 15% restocking fee of the full retail price will be charged if we have to process a refund.
Returns or Exchanges are not accepted for the following products: Frontier Edition Sandals, Shirts, Stickers, Individual Components (side-posts, straps, soles, MetaStraps), Limited Editions, Sandals with Limited Edition Straps, ALL Models with “Custom” in the Title, and Outlet/Clearance Sandals.
*if we receive your sandals and they do not meet the criteria listed, we will attempt to contact you to arrange the sandals to be shipped back to you as outlined. If you are unsure if your sandals meet our criteria, include pictures of your sandals in your email so that we can evaluate condition. If the leather shows signs of wear, we will not accept a return. Any sandals returned to us that do not follow our return policy will be shipped back to you at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for outlier and special situations.
