ALPHA Leather BlackBear 3.0 - Brown Straps - Barefoot 5mm

This is the first barefoot sandal I’ve tried, but I have no complaints. I love the wide toe box and the flatter cut of the toe area. The leather feels good to stand on and seems to retain grip even when wet. Super comfy straps that are easy to adjust.

There was a brief break in period where the soles were stiffer by my toes and there was minor discomfort, but as I said, brief and no more discomfort at all.

Their website has a video on how to do the strap adjustments which was really helpful. I was finding my right foot was too far forward, but after giving the vid a watch I adjusted the straps to place my foot in the center.

Sizing was easy and accurate. Just follow the guidance on the site and make sure to print the template to scale. I normally wear a size 11 in shoes, but went with the size 10 sandal and they’re a perfect fit.

10/10 would buy again.

This is my third purchase from Toetem, and first time I've gotten the Blackbear 2.0.
Size templates are accurate and the straps are very comfortable. I'm looking forward to all of my activities the Alpha leather on this pair - just having the comfort of leather and not really having to worry if they get wet.
The only thing I would change is adding a little width to the footbed in the mid-foot, just because I have wide, rather flat feet. But, that's a personal preference - nothing that detracts from the build or quality of these sandals. The straps are adjustable so I don't have any problems with fitting them or keeping them secure. I love this design and I also have to note that I've messaged Rone a couple times since my last purchase and always get a friendly and helpful reply! Great product and service. I'll be a customer for life and recommend Toetem sandals to anyone!
