Wonderful Sandals

The sandals are top notch and could not ask for better customer service

Awesome footbed, bad straps/laces

Everything is in the title. Footbed is awesome, the sole hold still, doesn’t slip. The only downfall, and a big one, the laces don’t hold your foot well, if you tied them up they will go down and you have to tied them up again every 2min.
I know we can buy extra straps for hiking but those sandals were made to sandal hard. If there is a default in the conception then the extra straps should come free with the sandals not with extra fees.

Hello Vincent! Thank you for your review - it sounds like your straps aren't adjusted properly. With proper adjustment, there is no slack or slipping and your foot is locked down to the footbed all day long. We sent you an email as well to help you dial the straps in.

Brilliant sandals!!!

After researching many different brands and models I settled on these and couldn’t be happier. They are well designed, high quality sandals that are confortable yet strong from day 1. Responsive and kind customer service on top of that means I definitely will be returning to Toetem in the future!

Nice sandals - don't know how long they'll last

These sandals are comfy and easy to wear. Sometimes the straps on the back are funky, feeling like they might fall off, but usually no issue. I thought they would not have plastic but thr straps may be polyester - wish they clarified that in the listing. The hemp looks a little frayed after 2 monts of ware, so im interested to see how theyll keep. Overall, I recommend.

Thanks for your feedback Hannah! Our straps are a plant-based compound, not polyester. If you find the edges of the hemp have some spots where they are fraying, that comes from the outsole expanding to mold to your foot - simply trim that with scissors to clean up the look. The little bit of fray will stop once the outsole is finished forming to your foot. Sandal Hard out there!
